With the establishment of an integrated CRM, eSignature and file filing solution, efficiency and transparency within the company is increased. Continuous enhancements in different business areas such as Front Office, Investment Management, Middle Office, Research, Syndication, Participation, Asset & Lease Management, KYC, Compliance and Customer Account allow the solution to be adapted to the needs of the company.
The CRM solution is enhanced by continuous enhancements, such as reporting enhancements with SAP BO & Tableau and SSRS. Application support (2nd & 3rd level) will ensure that the solution is functioning properly at all times.
In addition, the existing solutions will be extended to fully digitize the Covenant & Insurance Management and to support the KYC workflow and Client Risk Calculator. An enhanced workflow solution is also being provided for default management to meet the requirements of the ECB regulation.
In the latest data migration from the subsidiary to the parent company, CRM data, process and workflow data, and file-based data are securely transferred to the target using the data quality workflows. The integration of MS Dynamics, SAP interfaces and SharePoint Filing enables efficient and quality-assured data transfer.

A pilot solution for a CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics was successfully set up and the necessary application infrastructure was built. With this basis it was possible to expand the solution from its original scope of about 40 users to a user base of about 450 users in a short time.
In the process, the solution was also extended to many other business units with their process characteristics. In addition to the front office, service units such as Syndication, Participation, and Insurance Management were also integrated into the common solution. This is an important milestone on the way to optimized handling of further business processes.
Aviation Asset & Lease Management | London
For a global provider of aviation asset management, financing and investment solutions, Pentawork took on the development of an xRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The goal of the solution was to provide asset project-related invoice management and the project budget and profit monitoring based on it.
The xRM includes the entire invoice management: From master data maintenance, budget planning & monitoring, the actual invoice entry incl. project-related cost type allocation to the creation of purchase orders, the invoice batch, as well as the generation and dispatch of outgoing invoices. With the connection of the customer ERP, all invoices were transferred to the customer's accounting system. To maintain tracebility and ensure process compliance, appropriate 4-eyes principle mechanisms were established at critical release points. Role-based access control is ensured by implementing a flexible xRM security concept.
In the context of a reorganization, Pentawork Solutions was commissioned with the migration of the aforementioned xRM system from a local installation to a cloud-based solution (MS Dynamics, Azure). This included the design and implementation of a multi-tenant solution within the existing solution to transfer the invoice information to the associated company codes of the new customer ERP hosted in the cloud.
